The Foundation operates this Site under a non-exclusive intellectual-property license granted by Blue Scorpion Inc.(“Licensor”), a Florida corporation.

All product purchases, customer accounts, Shopify/Klaviyo data, and retail communications occur on BlueScorpion.com, which is governed by the Blue Scorpion Inc. Privacy Policy.

    Operates BlueScorpion.io, administers $VENOM token governance, research transparency, and DeSci participation.

  • Blue Scorpion Inc. (Florida)
    Owns product IP, manages retail operations, controls customer and Shopify/Klaviyo data.

These entities operate independently.

2. WHAT BLUE SCORPION INC. CONTROLS (NOT US)

The Foundation does NOT collect or control any of the following:

  • Customer names

  • Addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Credit card data

  • Shopify checkout information

  • Order history

  • Customer support data

  • Product purchase history

  • Email marketing data (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

BlueScorpion.io is a research transparency & blockchain participation platform.
